    It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer.
