MCP2122-E/SN OverviewThis encoder is embedded inside a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Packing the encoder in a Tube case is recommended to ensure that it is protected.I have mounted this motor encoder in the way of the Surface Mount axis.There are two types of Infrared Encoder/Decoder types that can be identified.There is no problem with connecting the encoder in Data-Logging, Data Exchange as it is suitable for it.This motor encoder is motor encoder of the MCP2122 family and is based on that.When switching power supplies are used, the digital power of the 1.8V~5.5V component of the optical encoder is applied.In the optical encoder there are 8 terminations that are available.It is possible to apply an analog supply voltage by using 1.8V~5.5V.In total, the rotary encoders has 8 pins in total.There is a Surface Mount mount for it.It is equipped with 8 pins on the encoder in question.Using a maximum 125°C value ensures that the encoder reader runs as stable as possible.The minimum working temperature of this rotary encoder must not be less than -40°C.During operation, this converter is powered by a supply voltage of 2.5 V, 3.3 V, 5 V.This rotary encoder can operate with a minimum voltage of 1.8V as long as it has a constant current.As a result, the maximum supply voltage across the converter can be found to be 5.5V.1 channels make up the total number of channels.As a general rule, it is recommended to pack the encoder magnetic in the 8-SOIC case.100μA is the supply current that is used for the operation of the quadrature encoder.A - series quadrature encode, it can be found in the electrical quadrature encode category.There is a maximum supply current of 0.001 mA in this quadrature encoder.In order for it to work, the supply voltage has to be 5V.
