SI5345B-D07973-GM Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage.
