    It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 24-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 400MHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. As long as you provide 3.135V~3.465V supply voltage, it will work. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be 0°C~70°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with RSL logic levels. In this IC, a 24-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. This part number is related to its related electronic parts.
