  • SI5335D-B02432-GMR Overview
    The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. There is a ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
